I've enjoyed BJ's at other locations & I was happy to have one in NN. My goto order is the Brisket Bacon Burger. Though, we also had their pizza, ribs, and prime rib sandwiches. At this location, my burger has been very hit or miss. The first time it was extremely overdone. I called management numerous times for a refund (via a gift certificate), they kept claiming to have a computer malfunction, but here we are 8 months later, and....nothing! Since then, I don't order as frequently because I am big on customer service and doing what "you say you'll do.". Last week, I decided to give them another try (photo) the burger looked like a "thing of beauty," but again it was overdone & the meat was tough. Like the precooked it part way and then finished it when folks actually order. The previous time that I order (5/25) our burgers were good, but they totally mixed up the toppings on the two burgers that we ordered. I want to love this location like I enjoy the others, but the verdict is still out.

Yeah... I'll probably never eat here again. 😕 all my food was cold and I had pork so that's definitely a hazard. It might be time to close this location and utilize those workers at other locations to ensure details like this aren't missed. Definitely could have been a health risk. AND the dip was not fresh. 🤦‍♀️ How do I know? They put a thermal bowl in the microwave and the wax coating in it burned. Smh... I'd consider retraining your workers before they end up harming themselves or others. This is baaaad.

The Avocado 🥑 egg rolls are everything and nothing short of amazing! 🤩 If you come here you must try them they are write home delicious I promise. The New Orleans jambalaya wasn’t too spicy and hit the spot. The Mediterranean chicken tacos 🌮 had so much flavor we would get both these dishes again when we come back. However the menu looks tempting to try everything else so we will certainly be back for this food. 5 stars, good service, great food. Compliments to the chef 👨‍🍳

Got a family-sized house salad that was inedible. The spring mix greens were wet and slimy and stuck to the spinach leaves. I don’t know how old it was but I was trying to pick out the blackish slime but it was too much work. Also got the spaghetti and meatballs and the meal was so extremely salty that I could only have a small portion before the saltiness just became too much to enjoy the food. The rest of the huge portion went to waste. Very disappointed.
