My ex is disabled and in a wheelchair. She loves your food, but depends on delivery. She has been told in no uncertain terms that the Asian Grill will not deliver to her, regardless of her handicap. She lives next to Mary Immaculate. The Asian Grill says it is "too far". Midtown Newport News to Denbigh is too far? It is extremely sad that an award winning Restaurant like the the Asian Grill has such total contempt for the disabled.

It used to be that you could count on Asian Grill to get delicious Oriental food. Any more it seems to be hit miss proposition. Order it early afternoon and the food would be marginal at best. Order it later in the day and the food would be very good. Could it be that there is a different cook? We've been disappointed with our food lately from Asian Grill and may have to think twice about ordering from them. I hope this is not the norm because we really like Asian Grill.

Consistently great service and friendly staff! I love Asian Grill especially because they include plenty of vegetables with your protein, and your order is always hot and fresh. I use their online ordering system Menufy which has no delivery fee and doesn't add the extra fees on top of prices like certain other delivery apps. Make sure you tip your delivery driver! They do a great job and always arrive earlier than the estimated delivery time.

Ordered general chicken combo today 8-6-21. It was terrible. The sauce tasted like ketchup. No spices. Nothing like it should have tasted. It had really brown rice which contained no carrots, peas, nothing. It did have 2 pieces of broccoli in it. The egg roll was small and tasteless. I don't understand what has happened to the food here. It used to be delicious but no more. This is not the first time I've purchased food here and it tasted awful. They need to return to the kind of cooking that got them all of those awards that they have posted outside of the restaurant. I don't see them winning any awards for the kind of food they are preparing now.
