First I usually don't post bad reviews but this one is a must. I asked for 3 Meals , one of them was a original chix sandwich asked no mayo. It did t have mayo but also didn't have anything else just the chix and bread.. the drinks had no ice once I asked her she said they didn't have any. I told her this is somet6it should be said once you are ordering, she got mad.. so I just threw 38 dollars on the trash.. never again.. they should change managers. Poorly so poorly managed.

1st of all...this is Burger King! How is it I can't order a burger. That's the flagship of this business. If the broiler is down for what reason is a place called BURGER King open. Due to the fact I was on my lunch break and time is of the essence, I decided to go against my better judgment and ordered a chicken sandwich. Number 1 the sandwich wasn't made properly or cooked thoroughly. Number 2... I had a coupon for my whopper which I brought with me and left the rest in my desk at work. I was then told I couldn't use a coupon if I didn't know the code. Thirdly due to the order I was getting two other coworkers the same combo. Our plan was to split the check three ways since we all had the same thing. Due to burger Kings broiler down everyone now had different orders. I was told I could only order 2 in the drive though. I would have to go back around and order the third. Keep in mind it's lunch rush and there were a few cars in line. Clearly bk doesn't believe in the customer being right. No type of compensation was offered. No sorry for the inconvenience. Then I proceeded inside to complain to the manager. Maria clearly wasn't concerned. She cut me off and said the number to corporate is on the receipt. All i received is just attitude from the employees. If you are reading this...go to Wendy's. Im sure they have burgers you can order.

the reason that it's cold in there the dummies that work there haven't figured out that the turning down KC and the dining room doesn't help the kitchen far as a broiler don't know but it's a pain in the butt you go to get something to eat and they don't have it
You would need to speak to someone at the store about the issue. Their staff is great. Im sure they will resolve it quickly and to your satisfaction.
