Dining room is closed. They let you place an app order for in store pick up but when you arrive they won't let you in. Instead you have to down 40 minutes in the drive through to get food that you have already paid for. Worst Popeyes location I've ever been to. It's literally faster to drive to another location than to get food here. If they were honest in the app it would be somewhat understandable.

I had an online order made for pick up at 930, 30 minutes before they close. I arrived at the restaurant at 935 to find that the drive through is blocked by the managers vehicle with multiple cars behind it trying to order food. I went up to the door to try to pick up my food and I’m met with the manager telling me to leave and that they’re “closed” even with 25 minutes left to spare. I held my phone up to the window to show that I had an online order and the manager shrugged as if he could care less. I yelled at him through the window to either give me my food or refund it. His response was to walk away and act like I didn’t exist. Not only that, I went across the street to where 2 cops were drinking coffee and asked for advice on what to do about the manager. They told me that this happens on a daily basis, and that they always hear people yelling at the manager to give them their food. I have never expected anything great to come out of a fast food joint. But I have never experienced such a level of incompetence from a manager as I have tonight. How many people does this Popeyes have to scam before the manager gets fired.

I can't believe that I just waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes to get grease infused, burnt and undercooked chicken. The prices increased and the quality decreased. Hard biscuits- The chicken tastes as if the grease is old! It is burning our nostrils. I expect this from KFC but never Popeyes- OMGGGGG!!!

One of the best fried chicken in town. This place is super popular during lunch time. The drive thru one is super busy so I would order ahead and pickup up in store if allowed.

The food is FANTASTIC!!! I have not encountered any one being rude to me! I usually go to the Federal Way location, but was in Renton this day. They were busy but I wouldn't say they were rude I had a wonderful conversation with a charming lady over their sweet tea!( which is delicious!!!) I did takeout so maybe I didn't pay attention to the tables. Seemed fine to me. 🌞

Normally you could call Popeyes and they would answer your questions, but I was told they refuse to answer the phone now . I hope that's not true . Try calling your local Popeyes for the best answer.
It's all pretty disgusting! They probably don't retain the same staff long enough to be able to focus on cleaning!
A long time ago it's been there at least 20 years I thinkthat Popeyes in Renton is really good their food is always bomb
I go there once a week and when some one messed up I try to call and never get an answer but I did go there 2 days ago and the sign did say Cajun turkey was ready but don't think can place an order
