When was the last time that restaurant was actually cleaned? Looking through the drive thru window the floor and countertops were dirty. This particular location is the the worst service I've been to in the country.

The food is FANTASTIC!!! I have not encountered any one being rude to me! I usually go to the Federal Way location, but was in Renton this day. They were busy but I wouldn't say they were rude I had a wonderful conversation with a charming lady over their sweet tea!( which is delicious!!!) I did takeout so maybe I didn't pay attention to the tables. Seemed fine to me. 🌞

So everyone likes the food .. that's a really good thing since that's what they specialize in is food.. they are short staffed ..I don't feel like working there do you .. and if they close due to janitorial problems where will we get that chicken sandwich.. try drive-thru if inside bothers you.. at least your cars super clean !! right ? My kitchens a mess too bahaha ..easy all of us can say it nicely.. if they close location .. will we win .. make positivity a part of everyone's day even when criticism seems like a must it can be done with a appreciation that can be helpful .. my opinion and I know we all have one .. just think it's tough out there lately .. it's not gonna fix itself.. the population is growing .. and not with workers.. but takers .. what if this is best they can do and they read this .. I would be bummed

That location always looks like it needs a good scrub.

The food industry service in the Seattle area is the worst I've ever seen in the country. It's shocking just how bad it is.

Cleaned? Probably prior to the pandemic, TBH. Rude staff? Yep, comes standard for every location I've ever been to. But the food.... OM NOM NOM NOM 😋
