One Star... Because we explained most clearly the only reason we wanted solar was for a backup system that worked when the power went out. They misinformed me about their panels and attacked the types of panels we originally wanted. We wasted $35,000 because they did not achieve what we so clearly asked for and their product is making it improbable we can now do it. If we can we are going to take their system off our roof and report them to the state attorney general. Their service company: Titan Solar will not return calls or help with a backup battery system. We have spent probably dozens of hours and days trying to resolve this problem. We're fed up! PS We had to hire a roofing company to repair the damage they did to our roof while working on installation.

Worst company to do business with. We canceled the install and they still came out and installed. panels have never worked right and I cant not get someone out to properly fix panels. Very disappointed. Prefer to get money back and not to have panels.

I purchased a system from GoSolar a couple of years ago and for over 3 weeks now I've been trying to get someone to troubleshoot a lost of connectivity without luck. Hours on "hold" at titan and not getting support from GoSolar either... Anybody has recommendation for Tesla powerwall support? I have no problem paying to get it fixed, just figured the company I spent a good amount of money with would at least respond (or their chosen partner). Look for alternatives if you want support post sales....

Thank you to all that wrote honest reviews about the company not fulfilling the contracts themselves. Going over to Titan Solars page and reviews was the best decision I ever made. Clearly this company doesn't care what is happening to its texas consumers AT ALL. I have also never once recieved sich an unprofessional service quote from a company. I avoided a cannon ball of problems thanks to these reviews. Those of you needing assistance, report them to the texas attorney General, or Utah, whatever state your in. I'm sure they will notice a pattern quickly.
