The delivery service is wonderful as I can't drive. They are always fast and reliable. Sometimes I am able to get my meds. delivered on the same day. Oh, and most importantly, their prices are the best.

Awesome Customer Service. Employees are very knowledgeable on the different products. I highly recommend this dispensary.

This review is solely of the store, not of the marijuana card application process. Dragonfly Wellness is a wonderful place to stop in to get your medical marijuana. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the prices are good for Utah. Very clean store, the available inventory shown on a menu board, and medical devices are on display in the countertop. Tons of available products ranging from well-known brands to in-house with varying dosages, flavors and ways to indulge. Edibles, RSO, tablets, mints, flower, tinctures, patches, topicals and more! (All of which are fantastic)

When they get everything worked out all cannabis programs are slow starting. We arw very lucky to even have the opportunity to have pharmacies here. It's the states fault in most of the delays. The pharmacies are doing the best they can with what they have which isn't much, such again mainly due to state testing etc. When more growers have product ready and the other pharmacies open it will relieve alot of the pressure at dragonfly. Remember they are trying to serve thousands of patients with very minimal supply.
It's active now, yes. They only have limited product, but told me today it should improve by the end of March. If you're in need of relief I wouldn't wait. A lot of GPs aren't currently licensed to make recommendations. The Utah Patients Coalition have curated a list of doctors in the area that are currently licensed. I would start there if your doctor isn't able to help you get registered. I'm seeing Tim Pickett and he's been great. https://utahpatients.org/pages/find-a-doctor
Look at the website before logging into the patient portal. If you do it wrong they will help you.
Yes they do next day delivery... order online
You need to check the website daily, they consistently update it on what inventory they have available, but it sells very quick, so be sure for long wait times
If you're a first time patient... you'll need to see the pharmacist. You do need to pre-register. Look on their site...https://www.dragonflyut.com There are requirements they need to verify before hand. Follow the instructions on the site and you'll be purchasing cannabis in no time.
They had like 4 different strains and like 2 different vapes around the beginning of March. Since just before 4/20 they added like 5-7 new strains.
Go to their website & click on menu.
Hi William. Great question! We do have a couple options to help accommodate your schedule. As stated below, our delivery option is a great one for next day service. Also, if you place your order online after 7PM that order will go into the next days pick up schedule. Please let us know if you have any more questions! We're happy to help.
No bro you're good to go but there's an ATM in there too.
Yes, the chat option is super great to get answers and help. Could be that your desired product is out of stock.
Please feel free to call into the pharmacy and we will be happy to direct your call to the appropriate person! Thanks so much for your interest.
You can ask a Dragonfly representative for help through the chat app on their website. (Note: chat is not available within the Registration Form) They would probably be the best to assist you!
You can make an appointment online. Your doc visit is about 15 mins long then you can shop.
Once the state approves your card, they will send you a digital copy of your medical cannabis card. You can then bring that card to any medical cannabis pharmacy in Utah to begin purchasing product.
No the state of Utah doesn't in any dispensary
No, there is not. However it is next to a credit union with an ATM.
I don't think they are able to exchange or replace products. If that tincture isn't working for you, another of the same won't either. Every product has a certificate of analysis done (by the state) to ensure its labeled correctly. If its 1:25 cbd:thc that's a very low dose for most people. find that a 1:1 ratio works best for me, personally, but you must need to find a ratio that works for you. Because every item and every batch is tested, there's no way that the product isn't as its labeled. It's basically a prescription, so they can't accept returns, like you couldn't return a rx of it doesn't work for you. Is recommend speaking with the pharmacist and letting them know what you've tried, what's worked, what hasn't, and they can help guide you towards products that may be more effective.
You'll need a recommendation letter... or a medical card from your provider that is approved by the state. You'll follow the instructions on dragonflyut.com to pre-register, you'll get an email saying you're pre-registered at Dragon Fly, use the site to set up an appointment with the pharmacist, and then you're off to buying your cannabis. You can also go in once pre-registered... they can sometimes work you in with the pharmacist if you show up after you're pre-registration. All depends on how busy they are that day.
My best friend works there. She said it's just built into their system, but currently it doesn't mean much. That being said, they are trying to figure out if they can do a loyalty program within utah laws, but that's outside of any one pharmacy's control. Once they figure it out though, they will notify patients, so keep a look out!
You'll need to see the Pharmacist of its your first time after registering... Then... you never have to speak to them again... unless you want to. They've good knowledge of the healing herb.
Sometimes they can be really busy. I have had to wait for 4 hours a couple of times. Once you are on their waitlist it's just a matter of time and patience, you will get there!
Utah does not have recreational use. & yes you must have medical card (letter) to even go in
Yes, we open at 12 PM. We are talking extra precautions to keep patients safe. As always, please stay home if you are feeling sick.
Currently, we are cash only. Looking for a company that will provide merchant services at an affordable rate for our patients.
We should be very thankful that we have dispensaries in Utah. Through time their prices will get better because they will have more product options as demand grows and laws loosen up. Until then I agree we should support local because it's very special that we even have dispensaries here.
We are still waiting. Hopefully know more by the end of next week.

The bill still needs to pass the Senate and signed by the governor. We cant accept letters until that happens. Subscribe to our newsletter on our website to stay up to date.
First, you must have one of the qualifying medical conditions. Go to https://medicalcannabis.utah.gov/patients/i-am-a-patient/ to find out how to get your medical cannabis card
