It's active now, yes. They only have limited product, but told me today it should improve by the end of March. If you're in need of relief I wouldn't wait. A lot of GPs aren't currently licensed to make recommendations. The Utah Patients Coalition have curated a list of doctors in the area that are currently licensed. I would start there if your doctor isn't able to help you get registered. I'm seeing Tim Pickett and he's been great. https://utahpatients.org/pages/find-a-doctor
There are specific medical providers QMPs who have had to take a course(s) for prescribing & go thru a certification & registration process, & setup a profile on the EVS system. Correspondingly, patients MUST: 1st get a Utah online ID, then establish a profile on the Utah medical Cannabis EVS system, then see your QMP (qualified medical provider) to establish whether you are eligible. Your QMP must authorize certification for the EVS system. Once you receive approval, you go to your EVS dashboard to see if your certification has indeed been authorized & pay a $15 fee to get your card. I began all this process on March 1, but am still waiting for my QMP to authorize, because there has been a problem with QMPs understanding how to go thru their end of the convoluted process
We are open and have vape carts, tinctures, and topicals ready now with more product coming soon.
