Injured my back at a gym at the end of 2021. Thought it was muscular and waited a few months for it to “heal”. After realizing the pain wasn’t subsiding and getting worse, I made an appointment with Dr. Hedstrom at the recommendation of a client, who referred me to get an MRI which confirmed that I had two herniated discs in my mid/lower back. He mentioned it would take 2-3 months to get back on track, so I’ve waited to write this review. I’ve been working with Dr. Hedstrom for a couple months now, and am happy to report almost a full recovery. I have little flair ups occasionally but they’re not morning until night 7 days week like they used to be. I plan on continuing my work with him for another month or two to reach 100% recovery. I’d say I‘ve had maybe a 70/80% decrease in constant pain. He gives at home stretching workouts to support chiro-work in office. Couldn’t say enough great things! Strongly recommend. On a side note, the entire staff is so nice and attentive. Everyone seems so happy.
