What kind of help can I get for a herniated disc? I had a surgery done at age ten for a herniated disc and now I have another one.

I have 3 herniated lower discs and 2 in my neck.. This place is amazing I did 12 treatments of laser along with message and adjustments. I was barely walking when I went in January it takes time to heal but it definantly beats having surgery. Ins usually pays for 12 treatments per year. I am so glad I found this place the people are amazing as well.
