Im not positive about Market commons. I do know that it was right off sc-17. It was right near Boardwalk at the beach.
In sc all the fields at the Ripken complex are all turf but there is a chance of playing outside of the complex where it may be grass/dirt we played 1 game at a college facility and it was awesome the kids got to go into the locker room under the stadium dugouts were half under ground like big leagues used the bullpen and all they loved it
The gift shops were last November, but were not last month. I think once it's warmer, they will bring the gift shop items back out to sell.

Typically the national anthem is played before the first game (usually 8am) of the day for any tourney. If the 9am was the first game, I have no clue sorry! Ask the tournament director.
They usually will have a way of keeping game updates, whether its a live stream or an app that will update after each play. Maybe contact the college and see what they will be doing
