This place is located near the myrtle beach koa, off hwy 15. It's a trailer park, however, I was not able to find any contact information.

Yes. Mobile homes are owned by individual owners and put on the mobile home park lots. Unless an animal is considered a threat to others or a nuisance, the homeowners can have pets and many do in the park.

Shady Grove is a mobile home park and does NOT allow campers. The KOA is directly behind SG and is very large with temporary and permanent lots and several of amenities!
