Not sure?! From my understanding, a vast majority of the park is either mobile homes that have been set up for many years or they were grandfathered in. I know that there are some empty lots as well as mobile homes but I'm not sure of the particulars. My suggestion would be to contact Crystal Lakes Mobile Home Park/HOA office and talk with them.Good luck👍🙋

I would suggest calling the office. The manager may be aware of some for sale. Otherwise you just have to check real estate websites.

Since Crystal Lake is owed by Ocean Lakes does the people that live there get to enjoy the amenities at Ocean Lakes?
Also can you ride your golf cart to the beach with the right tag and paperwork?
