Great neighbourhood for biking, taking walks, skateboarding. Very low crime. Friendly neighbours, quiet. I've lived here for 5 years, and would recommend living here to almost anyone.

I would like to know if pets are permitted? If so, is there a limit to how many and are there any breed restrictions?

Some pets are allowed some aren't. There are mostly cats, and small dogs, but big dogs are very rare I don't think there is a number limit, but if there are hundreds, I don't think they would fit in one of the mobile homes I don't think there is a breed not allowed except maybe pitbulls.

I have a 21 foot travel trailer do you have a lot available? If so what is the cost

I'm just a resident, bit all the trailers here are permanent ones.

I am looking for a place to rent or rent to own. Would this be possible here?

Yes, all residents rent the land, and some own, some rent the houses.

Do you have a space available to move a mobile home? If so, how much is the rent monthly?

The spaces to move a mobile home are less then 5 right now, and the rent is around $850.
