I had a very good experience renting a truck at this location. I changed the pickup time and they called me back to confirm. Check-in was quick and the employee was very nice. The truck was clean and worked very well. I returned at a different location after hours and it was very easy. Remember to complete the return process in the app (it redirects to their website) BEFORE you put the key in the box as it asks you to take pictures of the odometer and the cabin.

I rented U-Haul truck from this location , two days later I realized I left my brand new mattress protector in the truck . I immediately called the store , the assistant manager at first tried to pretend that it wasn’t there . However because I insisted I knew it was there , he admitted the mattress protector was there . I advised him I would be there next week to pick it up , I have now returned to this location to retrieve it only to find it an employee decided to make it their own . The excuse I was given was it was there but now it’s considered inventory ??? How is someone else’s belonging considered inventory , when you were aware I was picking it up . It’s not inventory , it’s stolen goods and I will file a police report . It’s not so much that the protector was stolen by one of their employees , it’s the intent . To sit and pretend as if you are not aware , when you are most likely the person who may have taken it . Your a working person , you couldn’t afford to buy your own ???

I went here to drop uhaul truck and this guy had literally nasty attitude wow what a great customer service literally never coming back keep up the good job 😠.

For the 2 day they have nobody here to fill propane. The customer service was horrible . DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THIS BRANCH
