Way too many fire drills. Just one very young lady , likes to threaten people about paying their rent. Or else her manager will call Police. The other employees are great!

The staff was very friendly. They rooms were not up to par. Roaches in the bathroom. We had to wash our own sheets and towels and take out our own trash. The washers was always taken and dryers were broke, so we had to go to the laundry mat every week. The people upstairs made noise all night. I couldn't sleep and had to work every morning. After several complaints to management my husband had to go upstairs and confront them. They don't offer breakfast or coffee like most extended stays. I wouldn't recommend staying here, I know we won't.

Great Location and my room was very clean with great AC. The staff is good and they helped me with whatever I needed. Wish the rate could have been a little lower but it's summertime at the beach so all the hotels have ridiculous summer rates. I would stay again and recommend this place to anyone who's looking for an extended stay hotel. Thanks for making it one of my most pleasant stays at a hotel.

I was a little hesitant to stay here because of other reviews. But obviously they were just fishing for freebies, refunds, or just shady. I am staying here a couple months and I have been here a month already and I can tell you that this place is the best hotel I've been to. The staff are attentive and will always go above and beyond the call of duty for you. The Manager Ginger was so helpful, caring and just so dang sweet about everything. When my fridge stopped working properly, they brought me a whole new one the same exact day. I was shocked. They clean harder than any place I have seen. The cleaning ladies rock the hell out of their jobs. Kids have been smudging the elevators with curse words and weird drawings and it is gone daily. They will go back and look multiple times a day. Their safety protocols are amazing. I never have to fear that I will get sick. They offer contactless everything. If you have an issue with anything, don't be afraid to let them know because they will help you to the best of their ability. The handy man George, is just super sweet and will always help when he can. The front desk ladies always have a smile and helpful attitudes. They are just so amazing here. The rooms are pretty spacious. There is a 2 stove top burner, full size fridge, big kitchen sink, spacious bathroom. The beds are full sized but comfortable. If you need new sheets, you just have to go down stairs and ask, or call downstairs and they will bring you new ones. Don't let the hateful reviews sway you from staying here. I even just booked another month because for the price, it's just as good as an apartment and they take care of everything for you. Highly recommended.
