First time buyers…clean and pretty well laid out. Was greeted immediately by a very friendly young lady(I’m super bad at names…sorry!)she was helpful, showed us around and explained things to us. (Warehouse supervisor?) We looked over pallets and picked a cheaper one…got it home and it was great! Almost everything was new and just some of the boxes were damaged, 1 item was damaged but not too badly…it’s still sellable. We’ll probably make more than double our money back if not much more, I’m just trying to be conservative. Items were current and should sell quickly. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone! Can’t wait to buy our next one soon!

I bought a pallet of supposed Amazon Mystery Boxes and a TV. Problem is that all 16 of the MBs already had the Amazon seal broken and been retaped with clear tape and the contents were definitely NOT typical of an AMB, at least not of any I have purchased. It literally looks like they cleared some of the Bins (from their Bin Store) or dug from a Gaylord to fill one time AMB boxes. I found pieces of individual broken items in multiple boxes. I found a box for one item empty in one MB and the item in another. Lots of trash, old usbs, cd cases missing cds, broken frames, printer ink and toner like crazy, obsolete phone cases and lots more. Like I said, NOT typical of AMB. I'm going through all 16 boxes and posting Live on FB. I'll show a true AMB (one I purchased from Big D) in comparison. Filling AMB boxes with Bin Store items is not a practice that inspires loyalty in a customer. I hope this can be resolved and we can have a fair and honest business relationship.

Bought 2 pallets from here and everything on the pallet was turned to where you couldn’t see the damage sticker. I can see where a couple of the items have damage but two whole pallets damaged and turned to where you couldn’t see the sticker? Won’t go back there
