Excellent! Shante' is wonderful! Very friendly and professional. It's a bit pricey to stay here versus some of the others in the area, but it's worth the extra money to stay in such great place!

When we were there everything was fresh room smelled ni everything friendly staff go above and beyond to help Shante was very nice I would go back there they stay on top of cleaning 😊 thank you for all that u did for us

The staff here is very professional. A gentleman at the front desk, I am not sure of his name but he had dreads was very accommodating. He did try to right the wrong of there being unclean linen on the bed and pet hair on the chairs in the room. They changed our room but it was not clean as it should be… The to go breakfast was not as advertised.

The staff there is so unprofessional especially at night the front clerk ran our credit card after she said she canceled our reservations and we had to go elsewhere it is in an extremely bad location It says Chesapeake but it really is Off military highway. The parking is horrible and the place is just dirty lots of drunks and drug users scheming around the building
