The room was supposed to be a queen size bed and was only a full size bed. There were a few gnats flying around the room and during the night I had pulled a big off of my leg and the hotel staff did not seem to care about it when I told them. No coffee maker in the room, weak coffee in the morning with minimal snacks. I would avoid unless under extreme financial issues.

Staff was very good people for the most part. Was there for work room 230 was decent only was available to use two sheets and two pillows. Room service only cleaned room 10-14 days room key kept locking me out no elevators to upper floors all steps for luggage. Overall stay was 3out of 10.

Positive: Best assest to the entire establishment. Extremely friendly and personable. Called me by name when I had to go down to the office to extend. Employee is everything you want A-Z when it comes to being the face of your business. He makes this hotel. Negative: Office door extremely heavy and slams SO hard and loud. All day long. It's frustrating. They were also replacing toilets. 3 floors 30 min per room. They were in and out quickly but so very loud for days before and after my room replacement.

The absolute worst hotel in Chesapeake hand down. Bed is the most uncomfortable bed ever. The sheets are jailhouse thin and they clean the rooms twice a month. The walls are thin and it smells dirty. Gave me a headache and the cars riding pass kept me up all night. They need to tear this hotel down This space will be more useful as a parking lot. The owners obviously don't care about classor customers because I know they would not live here or allow their relatives to live in such horrible conditions.
