Never enough parking spots, people hitting other people’s cars and running, & God forbid you park in the street. Police can’t wait to give you $250 or $30 parking ticket. $150 & $175 towing fees, can’t even have a peace of mind leaving your vehicle out there. We went from paying $919 here with just paying electricity & internet to paying $1099 with new (admin fees, trash fees, gas fees, water/sewage, & exterminating fees) in a blink of an eye. The management is real shady, stating “we notified the residents with postings on their doors & I’ve never received anything notifying me of these new fees. Update: I’m a resident, I’ve been to the office & called already regarding this issue & management said there’s nothing they can do but ask me to call the towing on people without decals. I’ve already spent over $450 for 2 tows & 2 police tickets because there isn’t available parking. I don’t understand how I’m a resident & the towing company keeps taking my car because there is no where else to park. You park on the street you get tickets, you park in the neighborhood, you get tickets, you park in a handicap or on a ramp you get your car towed. This is a huge problem, please consider this when looking here. A lot of people park here without decals or visitors pass & get no repercussions but are taking up all the spots of the residents who live there.

The office staff is very friendly and welcoming.The manager, jennifer always has a welcoming voice and tries to get things done in a quick manner. There are always going to be problems wherever you go and there's going to be issues with some staff, but overall the office staff makes up for everything else ! Would definitely reccomend them.

I previously gave them 2 stars, but here we are 2 years later and they are only getting worse. The property ownership keeps changing hands and changing policies without notifying residents and tacking on extra fees without warning. They constantly "misplace" paperwork and payments and then leave aggressive notes on your door without even knocking or calling, threatening eviction for a $5 discrepancy in rent payment that was a result of their own clerical errors. (My rent has never been late a single time in 4 years) I'd love to move, but I can't afford to yet because they keep raising my rent, changing the required amount of renters insurance, etc and I cant save a penny with these people bleeding me dry. The pool is almost never open during posted business hours, laundry facilities are constantly closed, staff is unapologetic and apathetic. There are arrest in the parking lot, kids in bullet proof vest walking around, kids breaking into cars, and a literal dumpster fire right in front of my apartment 2 months after I moved in. If you care about your family, your possessions, or yourself, please avoid this place at all costs.
