I was considering applying for an apartment here until my instinct directed me to read the reviews. I want to know if the bug infestation and the parking are really that bad?

I have not had bugs yet but we are just hitting the summer. Parking depends on where in the complex you live. On the sides it can get bad but in the middle there's usually no issue

Honestly? I have no bug issues at all and also have never had a parking problem. My neighbors and I have a kind of system and park in the same spots so we are always right up at our building mostly in the same spots. I can see how parking could be an issue. There's lots of apartments and no assigned spaces. But bugs? No. The current management team won't stand for that. Going on three years, never even seen a cockroach or ant inside. Call if you have issues. We out here at Cambridge Manor but they've really made improvents and stepped up. I'm not telling you to move here or anything, but I'm bug free and park directly out front every day.

Parking isn't that bad found roaches when we first moved in but turns out they were there because our neighbors were disgusting they moved problem died they offer pest control though so that helps
