I love my apartment, the neighbors are friendly, the staff is excellent especially Mr. DANIEL HE IS THE BEST, the maintenance and grounds keepers make you proud to call Waverton home!

I would not recommend this property to anyone. No one from the actual property return calls or responds to emails. I called to get information regarding availability LAST MONTH; I was only able to speak with their call center rep. Wanted to Set up an appointment for a tour however they don't have any available units to show. Sent multiple emails; no response. I can only imagine if I were an actual resident with an issue.

Aaron told me a few days ago "I got you. We don't turn anyone away." I told him that my partner did day labor and has since November. However, when we applied, suddenly it was a problem. I was told that my partner was considered a contractor and that we would not be approved. We are homeless. That was illegal according to the Commonwealth of Virginia. I made a formal complaint. It's called "source of income discrimination". Waverton Chesapeake, I'm coming for you.

Ive been here for 2 years and Its a great place to live.they always keep the area clean. I like that it has a little picnic area and a fitness gym which I haven't used yet. When we needed things fixed the maintenance always came, never had to wait long and very nice. The apartment units are super spacious as well.
