I highly recommend Northern Ophthalmic Associates. The staff and physicians are excellent. They listen to you and take the time to answer any questions or concerns. I never had anyone take so much time and care with just my refraction - they wanted to make sure it was just right for me. My husband has glaucoma and has been going to them for over 3 years and they have been able to keep his eyes stable. Your eyesight is very precious and I trust my eye care to them - I think that says it all!

Wow!! So sorry you had that experience! For the most part I can usually talk to someone. Staff have also been accommodating. Had 2 cataract surgeries and all staff were accommodating and pleasant. I suggest to try again. When you speak with someone, tell them about your experience!!
