I just had a baby and chose this pediatrician because they were close to my home. We had a scheduled appointment for our first pediatrician appt post hospital discharge, the nurse took us back to the exam room about 10 minutes after we checked in. They had my newborn take off his onesie and just keep a diaper on for his height & weight- fine. We return back to the exam room and they tell me to leave my newborn unclothed and a doctor would be in shortly. Well, after a 1 hour 15 minute wait, no doctor has arrived to see us. My newborn is becoming extremely hungry and irritable. I go to the front desk to tell them we still haven't seen a doctor and asked when we can expect to be seen- they had no clue we weren't seen yet and couldn't give us an estimate of when we would even be seen because they had to "fit us in inbetween other patients", and if I was aware of that I would have never of agreed to an appointment here. Completely unprofessional and unorganized. Do not recommend.

Me and my children are patients at this facility and have been for about 3 years. All the staff is extremely nice and they have recently gotten a lot better with answering the phones. I also love the convenience of being able to be seen in the evenings. We have never had a long wait to go to the back to see a doctor, BUT.. when you actually get to the back is when the waiting happens. Every appt takes an hour or more and I cant figure out why since you only actually talk with the doctor for like 6 minutes. I've been called to the back many times and then waited for a doctor to come to the room for over an hour before. You also have to contact them multiple times to complete paperwork or fax over information. I'm also not sure why they used to never answer the phone or hold times would be so long because I've never seen the office crowded so to the eye they don't appear too busy to pick up a phone. Since we only have to come here once or twice a year I will continue to go, but if you are a person who has to see your doctor on a regular you may want to chose a different practice with better communication.

From the time I checked in until I left everyone was so nice. I am a new patient and my doctor was awesome. This is the first time I had a female medical doctor. I am very satisfied with the practice.

Dr. Madden is the worse doctor ever very inattentive and dismissive. I had a preop appointment, at this time of my appointment I informed her what I needed going forward labs paperwork filled out etc…. The doctor then began to be uninterested and said oh there’s no way I’ll be able to do all that this visit. When I asked her how long do they allot for a preop appointment she said 20 minutes. I told her no it should at least be 1 hour or 50 minutes and when I changed her, I said there’s no way you professionally perform a full physical in 20 minutes and I would like the time that she submits to my insurance company. The doctor step out and while I was having my ekg and left me in the room for 40 minutes waiting. I will be changing doctors, I was not happy leaving this visit and not to mention she did not give me all the scripts for the labs that I needed so I also had to race back to the office after work to pick up paperwork she insured I had when I left the first visit. Going forward I’m going to find another doctor that’s interested in my health.
