Booked this hotel for My family. We were desperate. When we got there it smelled like cigarette smoke. We had the keys for 3 hours and decided we could not stay there with our 4 children. My husband tried to get a refund and we were told no. (We spent all of 5 minutes because we had an appointment. Finally at 8pm we got a phone call that they would refund one day.

Pros: No one stole anythhing from our room. Did not get injured. Front desk staff were good. Food in lobby was plentiful and cheap. Cons: The room was dirty. There was an old pair of dirty children's panties behind the bed stand. Neither of the TVs works with the provided remotes. We put the do not disturb hanger on the door the first day but on the second day we left the hanger off. Even though I asked the room service to service the room, they did not. We were then out of shampoo, toilet paper and clean towels. We managed to get these from the front desk but they didn't seem to care much. We are missing the iron, which supposedly will cost a $35 fee for not being in the room when we check out tomorrow. I would call the front desk by calling zero like the sticker there says I should, but there is no phone in the room. I'll see what happens tomorrow. Room is OK, but cleaning is bad. Spend another $10 and upgrade to somewhere else.
