Went to take a shower and roaches fell out of towel and ran into hole in wall. Blood stanes on sheets and hair on towel. Manager refused to give refund and then lied to booking agency saying he gave a refund. Absolute trash place.

Not the place to bring your family if you have kids but not bad for the price. Rooms were decent and clean. A lot of noise from people walking around in their rooms upstairs. Also, a lot of activity in the hallways and parking lot.

There was an affordable last minute room available for when I was working in-between 2- 12 hour shifts over a weekend. It was next to a truck stop. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. He gave me my key, but I was not aware that the room I was given was located in the back of the hotel. I walked back to the office to ask where it was and when I did the kind gentleman told me. I decided to drive around. I woke up to get ready for work and have the shower running but there was no hot water. The top door lock latch was also loose and not secure. So at 7:00 a.m. there was nobody at the front desk that I could information to. I tried calling a couple times and I would get no answer. I would leave a voicemail but get no call back. I sent an email stating the information and also requesting a complimentary room when I was working out of town again and for the inconvenience. I finally got somebody on the phone to make arrangements and a kind gentleman understood and said I could have a free room for the inconvenience from the prior stay, as I would be working in the area again. The next day I called to let him know that instead of one date, I would have to change it because I had shifts that I had to fill in. This was a different man I spoke to who said I had to pay $90. I explained I spoke to someone the night before, and he just kept repeating that I would have to pay the $90 which by the way was not even $70 The first time I had to go there because it was late and I had work early in the morning because I was filling in a shift for somebody who could not work. This man was not the owner and was not even trying to hear anything I had to say. It is fairly small. It's right next to a truck stop. Doesn't have much around it. I ran into it late driving when I was looking up what was closest to where I had to work. I personally would not go there again.

Location is right off the highway and next to a gas station easy to get a quick rest and back on the road. Rooms could have been a little cleaner for my girls taste. But for the price it was a good deal to rest for a few hours before hopping back on the road for our road trip
