Dirty, nasty, scary, I got my car broken into at this location and the owner did nothing to help. Roaches everywhere. Dirty rooms with mysterious brown stuff on the walls. Sheets and pillow cases with blood and wtvr else on them...shower is gross and falling apart...correction the whole bathroom is gross and literally falling apart and the rooms are small with a high chance the TV won't work and the refrigerator is dirty and small and the microwave is old and dirty and has roaches LIVING IN the microwave....smh this is the last stop before the homeless shelter.

Room was disgusting floors were sticky roaches running around everywhere like it's a track meet or nfl combine please don't stay if you care about your health.

Rented one of the houses from them. Awful service. Office manager constantly pounding on my door and ringing my door bell. Shut my power off while out to dinner one night. Took my city water meter out of the ground. Tried to illegally evict us. Called animal control on us. Never fixed our AC. Never fixed our dish washer. Never fixed anything. Tried to bribe us to leave because the pandemic put us behind on rent. All I was ever met with was yelling and screaming when I tried to pay. Got told i was trespassing for trying to pay rent. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
