Strict staff, don't put up with drama. Have just walked in on people and told " go back to your room...no visiting. Rates went up with no warning or notise. Many homeless live here and are taken advantage of.

I have been living here for almost 4 months while looking for a house. The Heneral managers a lot to learn about customer service. He lurks about the property looking for anything he possibly can to try to get a person re.oved from the property.. A child cannot be a child and even remotely play, even with adult supervision. And it sure would be nice if you could communicate with someone , these foreigners really need to learn proper English, and fluently speak it.

The owner of this roach coach is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. Not only was my company promised a lower rate that went up 5 dollars upon arrival, but we also were promised kitchenette rooms that were sold out indefinitely. The maid service at this motel was horrible. The rooms smell like sewage. Oh yeah, if you have never seen a drug transaction this is the perfect place to experience that. There was a huge blood stain (that was fresh) on my top sheet and it took this "amazing" motel until 2 a.m. to bring new sheets knowing that i have to be up early since a travelling job is the reason for staying in motels. All in all this is the worst motel i have ever had to stay in. Needless to say, my company found a MUCH better hotel to stay at in Virginia Beach on the oceanfront that is even 10 dollars cheaper a day. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. So please take my advice and completely overlook this place and act like it does not exist.
