Extremely rude, asinine, and condescending staff. I came to return a modem to stop my service. I move periodically for my job, so I know the drill. When I came in, the entire staff was on their phone. The first interaction I had with a staff member was a condescending smile, and a very curt, "no." Surprised, I asked : "well, what am I supposed to do?" From that point forward, it was a guessing game with this particular staff member as to how I was supposed to proceed. The only information I got was: "Go to UPS." I am not here to say that AT&T must change their modem return policies, or to demand this staff should have taken mine. However, as a customer - and NOT an employee of AT&T- I shouldn't be expected to play a "guessing game" as to their policies. A trademarked store should be able to assist customers through this process. It wasn't until I went to the UPS store that someone finally explained to me the procedure. I would have appreciated an explanation as a customer. I'm not sure the staff's job duties require anything aside from playing on their phone and belligerently interacting with customers... however, management should review.

Waiting more than 1 hour for me to attend ... and without customers here .. and 5 workers ... that ugly customer service pessimistic

I've been several times in this place and I've always had a good service ... something must have been happening or they just did not have supervision, I hope they have not changed their service because I have to go next week
