Always service with an attitude at this place. They took my order and never asked my preference. When I told them I wanted spicy chicken, they said they were all out. I think they should have had a sign posted or at least tell me before I order.

Drive through was packed inside closed on a Sunday at 5pm. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous for what is probably one of their busiest days. The drive through moved surprisingly fast and the drive through cashier was friendly and Maurice is always awesome. This is probably the best Popeyes in the east end.

Being in the military I have never witnessed as much disrespect as i have today from this location. I placed a door dash delivery order and at 6 and it was estimated to be a 58-69 minute wait, so i waited. Then the door dash personnel called me saying if I canceled my order cause it was not on their system, when in fact i did not. The option of canceling was still available on my end and the status of awaiting pickup was pending, she even told me they could see my name on the screen but couldn't tell if I paid. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager wouldn't talk to me on the cellphone of the young lady picking up my food, so the manager told me to call the store. I called the store 6 times and no one picked up. After waiting an hour and a half I now canceled my order and have to go to KFC for hopefully better service and respect. Management needs to understand proper customer service procedures and respect for people regardless of how busy you. I just wanted my chicken tenders

I would have given this restaurant at least a 4 star . The management I think has taken advantage of covid 19 by not hiring enough help and shutting the front door so consequently everyone has to use the drive through and wait a long time to be served. Too long for a piece of chicken my friend. Stop this foolishness and lets get down to business. If anyone likes to how they catch the chicken and then clean and fry it, go here, they show you. Make sure you have plenty time since you will need it.😄

Thanks for your comment, and your concern. We strive to provide our people with the equipment they need to do their jobs, and that goes for AC & Heat as well. Taking the extreme heat into consideration (above 100º outside today), our AC units are doing great. Our dinning room is at 77º right now, which is 23º below outside...and that is great. Again, thank you for your concern.
They have masks on and short staffed so I can only assume they are from the drive thru windows... not sure if patrons are practicing 6ft in the restaurant. But I dont go inside🤷🏽♀️
