This place and the workers are extremely trifling.. not only do they get your order wrong and your missing items they have an attitude when you tell them and act as if cursing the person behind them makes you feel better I will feel better if my food was cooked properly and the customer service was adequate. THEY NEVER CHANGE OR CLEAN THE GREASE POT..

In Richmond on Brook Rd. - unprofessional - time to get food was 30 minutes. Food wasn’t fresh. The fries had a fish taste. - Manager interacted with employees with a best friend manner. - there’s was no leadership in that KFC combined with Taco Bell. - Employees ran the store as they wanted. NOT greeting customers, NOT working with a sense of urgency. - The lobby had dirty tables, and flies. - The employees take no ownership nor are they held accountable by the management for their actions. Which results to a store with barely any business. - Taking ownership to the store your managing will have better results. - If the corporate would hire leaders and NOT employees to fill the numbers this place can have a better turnaround. - Corporate needs to fix this. This store has potential due to being on a busy street.

This is a pathetic, terrible place to order food and meals. I've visited this location twice and the customer service was the same. Non-chalant employees and disgusting products. The tenders were tough and fries were cold. Please don't waste your time ⏰ or money 💰 💵 💳 here. KFC used to be much better than this with quality and standards. Improvement is necessary. MY advice to ANYONE reading this, just go literally anywhere else, even Sheetz is better than this. I can't even begin to completely cover just how awful my experience here was, but I'll EXTREMELY SIMPLIFY it. First; All I ordered was a simple tender meal with a side of mashed potatoes, there was one car in front of me. It took, AN HOUR to get my food, AND I had to go inside to get it myself because they told me to pull around and forgot "what car it goes to" while one of the workers was straight up sleeping on a table in the corner?!? Second; You guys seriously charge "$3 DOLLARS" for THIS?!? I could get a whole effing bag worth six or ten of these tiny, pathetic cups for the same price at any store. Fast food places exist for convenience so obviously there's going to be a slight price increase, but this isn't even worth $1.50 in my opinion compared to literally every other fast food place out there. This is just downright pathetic and extortion on hoping people will be too lazy or frustrated to care about complaining after dealing with it. Third; I was denied a refund when I asked for one because "the order was already being made", yeah, it was being made for AN HOUR, I've worked in both retail and food service before and this is just the signs of a cheap, lazy management if anything else at all really. But whatever, no one will read this anyways.
