Customer service sucked. I went inside the restaurant to order and my chicken had feathers on it, my apple pie was burnt, and I went to the restroom man's to be clear because they wouldn't allow me a (female) to use the ladies room didn't ask why. It was disgusting in the restroom, it didn't have tissue nor paper towels to dry your hands with. I spent $18 for nothing.

I love Popeyes! The staff was Lively and taking my order was a pleasant experience. Their mac and cheese is good however I was disappointed that their portions was literally 1/3 less than I got 3 months ago!:-(. It's sort of amazing that a large drink and a side order of mac and cheese cost me $7.30. However the chicken and biscuit eased the pain of the whole order cost

Worst location in the greater RVA area, to my knowledge.Every time I go here, I regret not going to the Laburnum location, even thought it's 2x the distance. Whoever owns this place needs to either hire or more staff or have their franchise revoked. Every time I come the food is cold and it takes 30 minutes to get served. Just hire more people. Jesus.

The worst Popeyes so far! THEY ask if you want spicy or mild then give U whatever! After they Mess your order up and then U CALL they don't answer the phone or have a place to leave a message!
