First time, and last time at this location. Rude impatient employees, was no help. Next time I go to a Zaxby's, it'll be in North Carolina. If there was minus stars, this location would have earned all five today

If I could rate this place a -5 star I would. I get to the window to order my food and the girl who took my order was talking, holding conversation with other employees, and just did not have any professionalism while I was trying to order. I shouldn’t have to say “excuse me” for any types of foolery like that at the intercom. Even McDonald’s don’t do anything like that! And she wasn’t really listening because she kept getting the drinks wrong for my meals. I asked for a sprite and a regular coke, and she gave me cherry coke instead for both. I addressed it, and I got my sprite, but I still didn’t get the regular coke I wanted! She tells me after the fact they didn’t have anymore regular coke, made an assumption that I would want the cherry coke and gave that to me instead. Didn’t even have common sense to tell me they were out of that particular flavor. At this point, it’s just about principle. You don’t just go on and make assumptions and decisions with someone without asking or making sure it’s okay with them first! This is my 3rd time having issues at this spot and I would never come here again!

Orderd a basket of toast and a large sweet tea, they ended up giving me one slice of toast. Won’t be returning here waited 20 minutes in line for one piece of toast. Seems like every fast food place is going down hill.
