Could only use card or exact change, as they didn't have any change. Had to wait what seemed 15 minutes for a $25 order ($24.14 to be exact) and finally went inside to get food. Only medium cup sized drinks for sale. Just not the experience I was hoping for. If they had all of these problems, it might have been better to stay closed for a day

i wish i could rate this location at zero. makes me wish the chain was never started. messed up my order completely in literally every aspect. ordered mac and cheese, fries, and mashed potatoes with gravy and received three soggy fries. Ordered my mom a sweet tea as she doesn’t drink soda and they gave her a pepsi. just to name a few. what they did get correct with my order was cold, soggy, and disgusting.

Order through doordash and chicken was old and cold and hard I was missing food and my half a gallon sweet teas this place is trash I brought up my concerns for my food and I got ignored and eye rolled by the assistant manager I believe he was. This place is in dire need of better employees

The slowest service ever

I just brought food from there where I paid almost 8$ for and everything was cold the Pieces of the chicken I ordered was wrong and Normally when I come there my food Service be excellent but not tonight and I called got no answer

Was n kfc on friday 6-14-18 @ 6:30pm, along w other customers, the entire kitchen staff was playing around, customer ask why we couldn't get waited on, the cashier said "they're just playing around back there" she was the only person to show concern

I went not to long ago. The line was long. I waited about 20 minutes then 10 more to get the food. The cashier was new and the only one up there. Only one cook. Then I was being harassed for money to, inside the store. It's nothing for someone to come up to your table and you get asked for money.
