Place is gross and smells to begin with. The front office girl flat out lied to my face. When I called her out on it she said I was being rude. So, she called the cops on me. Come to find out she's task force so no matter what was said, they weren't going to believe me. I got kicked out 2 days before I was supposed to leave. So because the girl in front felt some type of way I'm now homeless with. Nowhere to go. DO NOT STAY HERE. Not worth it.

I would think twice before trying to book at this location the lady at the reception will give your room away and claim they called you, doesn't matter if you have an email confirmation for your reservation or not. Gonna tell you some excuse as to why they don't have the room for you.

The room was filthy. Floors dirty, walls had dust on them, there was food on the walls, and I spent the night watching cockroaches run across the floor. There are no dishes, pots, utensils for the kitchenette. No coffee maker. The hallways smell like smoke and the room was overly perfumed, to cover god knows what other smells. I checked out five days early. Do NOT stay there. There are no refunds. You have been warned! 🤢

They charge an exchange linen fee whether you exchange your linens or not. The corporation that owns these properties don't care about the guests they only care about the money. The grounds outside the building looks like a garbage pit. The only thing I would give this hotel a five-star for is the staff. Housekeeping is supposed to come around every two weeks and they don't even do that on a regular basis. I have never stayed in an Extended Stay before that only comes to a recurring guest room to clean every two weeks. And like another review I read on here this hotel doesn't offer any amenities.
