The booking process was very easy. I needed a room last minute while passing through. I called to book and the guy I spoke to made the process easy. The check in process was quick and easy and front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure was good. The checkout process was quick and the front desk lady was really nice.

We had another wonderful stay at this IHG property. So nice to know that after a long day in the car that we can count on a restful, comfortable night. Thank you also for accommodating our dog who is traveling with us. We will definitely make you our overnight choice on our return trip. 5⭐️

This hotel is a bit run down. They need new card readers because the cards never work and you need to constantly be going back to the front desk to get them re-programmed. Long line to check in when we arrived. Only 2 towels in a room for 4 and then when asked for more, they said they had run out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and doing the best they could so not a knock on the staff. Hotel just needs some renovation. It's in a convenient location with lots of places to eat around.

The check in staff was professional and pleasant. Thanked us for being point members. Our room was spotless and clean. Smelled great, not stale. Complentary breakfast had a great selections of different foods/likings. Bottled water was a nice touch. Coffee was great! Definitely would stay at that same location again. Nothing bad to report.
