Booked a room , upon arrival I was told the room was not available and the staff was extremely rude when I asked about the charge to my card they placed … the place was very dirty too I’m kinda glad it didn’t work out I got a nicer room for same price on the Hallandale beach down the road and the staff was doing their job correctly unlike the palms on ocean I would not advise booking a room here when there are so many other options that are much nicer !

I don’t like to write bad reviews…. Beware! ( I personally have never stayed there /could not payed me enough to . ) I just wanted to say * The store there is horrible.. . The person at the front was rude , discussing filthy , not one customer in there , and that person was disgruntled also looked home less from another country , dust on Everything, floors gross ! Over priced Idk like $30 dollars for a six pack of some warm low quality deer ( that’s all they had ) and a tiny bag of ice ., or he just ripped me off no receipt, from a $50, he acted like I was disturbing him sitting alone in a dirty no air conditioned store alone…. ( Acting like he could not speak English when I asked about a bag of ice .. or receipt….Does not belong east of federal Hwy or dixie Hwy or USA for that matter ! ) I could only imagine how gross there rooms must be if that’s the first impression walking up to that location. INS and needs to have a inspection there. Sad to see , because they have a beautiful new high rise being built not far from there ! And beautiful coast line . Just I hope to save the next person. Just pick up what you need at Publix before you drive over the bridge ( or if you went to far there is a Wallgreens on Atlantic and A1A as last resort. Hope to help someone avoid any bad experience In a beautiful on A1A I hope they do away with these dives ! It takes from the charm of A1A . Just bypass this place and enjoy the rest of The day !!

It's about a half hour drive. No shuttle... it's a basic motel, but clean (do not let them put you in room 17 because there's no closet). It's a two block walk to the beach.

Don't know about that, do know they had massive damage from Irma and are currently closed. Call to find out when opening
