You can go as a walk up. Get there about 30-45 minutes before they open. If you can, go an hour early, that would be best, it would minimize your chances of waiting 4 hrs like I had to do.
For covid test?! If so, then no. They won't reopen until Saturday

According to Floridadisaster.org, they are open 9am-5pm 6 days a week. (Closed on Thursdays) The website has a list of local testing sites in each county and the hours they are open.
