Sparkling Image Car Wash

The gentleman at the beginning who sold me the full service sparkling shine wash was professional and nice. It was a wonderful way to start a car wash! However, things quickly changed when I went inside to pay. I had a picture of of the full service sparkling shine wash card to pay with. The woman behind the counter immediately told me I can’t pay that way because the card has to be swiped. I actually had to tell her I’ve had no problem doing it at other locations in the area. She just walked outside without saying anything and came back with a manager. I also purchased an air freshener and wanted cash back and asked for 3 $5’s and 5 $1’s and she actually told me NO and said she could only give me a $10, $5 and 5 $1’s??? THAN the paper from the little machine wouldn’t print out and she started getting so upset and I told her I didn’t need the little paper and my receipt was enough and to please just give me my money so I could just go and she wouldn’t. She left AGAIN to get a manager and that manager actually had to tell her to calm down. That was an unprofessional experience but thankfully my car looked gorgeous thanks to the wonderful crew who worked on it!!!

I bring my car here because I drop a Coca Cola drink on the carpet, I explain the situation and they told me they can clean it and do a interior detailing end up Getty the bumper to bumper detailing a $200 service. They did a bad job, I come back with the complaint, and they told me that they don’t have a vacuum that aspirate liquid, that’s why it was wet. So I explain the situation they said they do that and now they told they don’t have the proper equipment after they charge me $200. I recommend that no one come to this place.

I was a happy regular customer until last month I was told they had a 1 month special for unlimited washes. I specifically asked if this was a subscription as I was not interested in a monthly plan. The salesman assured me it would only be for 1 month. Today I was billed 24.99 again. Went to the carwash to cancel and ask for a refund. I was told they could cancel but I had to call corporate to get the refund. I asked to speak to the manager and basically he told me that I misunderstood the salesman as there was no way his guy would tell me it was only for one month. He also told me that it wasn't a subscription 🤣 I asked him, "If I get billed every month that is by definition a subscription." And he said "Well if you put it that way..." They just lost a regular customer. I read the reviews and this has happened before.
