I was told by David when I signed up that if the rates are going to increase that I will be notified and can talk with them about lowering the rate or meeting it at the same rate. Unfortunately, when the rates did increase, I was not notified and Dehlia refused to work with me. I am disappointed that a very small unit that I’m renting increased by more than $60.00. Out of good faith, should could have worked with me. I will not be renting from Extra Space again and have moved by stuff out.
