I have been using the Sarasota Terminex for about twenty years. I have had many good technicians over the years. Terminex has always responded to any problems, which is rare. I have a new technician, Crystal. Crystal has been exceptional with her service, communication, and knowledge. She is very thorough during the quarterly visits in inspecting the house and surroundings for any problems, most notably those pesky wasps that seem to want to make a home at ours. I hope to have Crystal as my technician for many years to come.

Chris came out and did our mosquito control. We feel he did a great job, spraying the soffits, all around the yard, even behind the shed. We absolutely recommend him- thanks for the service!

From the first call to Terminix to report our infestation, the staff was eager to assist. The technician who visited our property was courteous and on time. The technician made their assessment and offered a solution quickly. Terminix was back the next day to treat our property. Professional, courteous, on time, and solutions driven is what Terminix is about.

I had no issues with the pest inspection and treatment done on May 26th a Thursday and a date I had rescheduled with the local Sarasota office. The inspector always calls to schedule and calls when on the way to the appointment or if running late. At the time I rescheduled I mentioned to the individual taking the call, Paige, that I had previously received a text from Terminix on April4th for a termite inspection I confirmed I would take it and Terminix confirmed back saying it was scheduled for April 6th between 3 and 5 p.m. and no one called or showed up from Terminix. I said the same thing had occurred 6 months prior with a text on September 27th to schedule a termite inspection from Terminix that I confirmed and Terminix scheduled for September 30th between 1 and 3, They also failed to call or show up for that appointment, In both cases no one called after missing the termite inspection appointments to reschedule. Paige researched it and indicated those had been handed of to the manager previously. She said she could reschedule the April one for the coming Saturday May 28th between 1 and 3. I said I would make that work. Once again no call or no show for the inspection or so far this week to reschedule. So my opinion is actual pest service is very good but the termite group has real issues. They solicit inspections, schedule them and then don't or have the courtesy to call when not coming for the appointment or after missing it to reschedule. I would suggest that Terminix stop texting termite inspection requests that they schedule and then don't show up to deliver the inspection.
