This was my Medical Hospital. I need to get Punished by the nurse by Getting punched and Kicked by them.

We had our baby here and had an amazing experience. We were expecting a nightmare, but everyone from nurses to doctors to midwives were all so kind and helpful. The staff is clearly very knowledgable, and resources for spanish speakers are plentiful. Having our baby here I count among the greatest experiences of my life.

I went to the hospital for severe chest pain, as I have a severe cardiac history. The triage nurse was extremely rude and stated, “you are not having a heart attack. She then stated, please stop screaming sir.” I was clutching my chest, crying in pain as I knew I was having a heart attack. They pushed me to the waiting room, where I waited 45 min. The same triage nurse comes running to take me to the back, without telling me what was happening. She then begins to yell at the nurses, his troponins are critically high. I was then taken to my room and left in the wheelchair, screaming and crying in pain. The X-ray tech came in to get me. She was so kind. Once finished with X-ray, she took me back to my room. The nurse walks in with the doctor. He screamed at me and said, “stop being a baby. I have a trauma in the next room and I don’t have time for this. He left the room with the nurse. I then fell out of the wheelchair onto the floor. The X-ray tech came back into my room and helped me off the floor (which was not her job) but I was thankful. I demanded another nurse and doctor. A different nurse came in (LGBT RN) who was extremely kind. She gave me aspirin and said she was extremely sorry for the experience and this is not acceptable. A doctor never came in to see me. I left the hospital and sought care at a different hospital. To my surprise, I suffered a minor brain bleed from hitting the floor and had a heart attack. I was admitted for 10 days. I called this hospital 20 times to speak with patient relations. I also called to speak with the nurse manager, who apparently quit. I left 5 messages with the ER director, who never returned my call. I will be seeking legal assistance. Jamie Petkovic, DNP, APN, FNP-C

I don't believe visitors are allowed in the rehabilitation unit itself, but there's a waiting area you can sit in.

Yes. Feels like Advocate accepts everything. 😁 Note that Medicaid requires a script from Primary Care BEFORE getting treatments here.
I would look for it online. I'll call the hospital information

I've no idea. But it's a big hospital. I would guess that they are always looking for good dependable people.
