This week I was riding the BDR with friends and had a fairly significant crash that broke my steering column and knocked the front tire out of alignment. I was on the Ellensburg to Chelan section and I thought I was out of the BDR for sure. I limped my 2009 BMW GS 800 back to Ellensburg in the outside chance that I could get it fixed and get back in the game. I arrived at Central Powersports at 4pm on Friday afternoon. They immediately put a great team of mechanics on my bike and worked at least an hour past closing on a Friday evening to get my bike back on the road. By 6:30 I was able to roll out and get back to the BDR. The level of competency, professionalism, and "can-do" attitude that the Central Powersport team demonstrated can be rare to find these days and I could not be more thankful for their support. Thank you Central Powersports - truly amazing service!

SEVEN LAKES

Tony at Central was awesome from the very first phone call. Our club was stuck in need of a new Skandic but none could be found on the east coast. I took a chance and called Tony at Central based on their website inventory. I was shocked after many dealership sites phishing with false inventory that Tony did in fact have dozens of Skandics in stock! We needed board approval and a grant was pending but Tony worked with our club to tailor the purchase to our needs, even if we had to back out! When it came time to get that sled from coast to coast Tony was right there with a referral to a shipper who was reliable, courteous, professional, under promised and over delivered! Our first snow is hours away and we have our new groomer getting outfitted for the trails. HUGE THANKS TO TONY AND THE FOLKS AT CENTRAL!!!

I’m not sure what to do. I bought a Defender utv cab model from Webb less than a year ago. I have brought it in several times for small issues which never were resolved. Recently, we started having some very concerning motor noises(internal bell ringing until motor reaches operational temperature) in addition to coolant leaks, more cab water leaks (puddles on the floor after a night in the rain) and brake issues. I dropped the unit off on 5/16, so that they had it for our scheduled appointment on 5/19. When I dropped the machine off, two staff members from the service department agreed that there was definitely a serious motor issue after hearing it for themselves. I called on the afternoon of 5/21 to get an update and I was told I would get a call back. I did not hear back and tried again on 5/22. Once again, I was told someone would call me back, but I did not hear back. Saturday 5/23, I called again, but no answer. Tuesday 5/26 at 2:00, I still hadn’t heard back from anyone and called again and finally talked to service. I am now being told that the internal ringing bell noise which started about two months ago is normal, the cab leak is okay because it’s not a “sealed cab”, there is no visible coolant leak even though you can clearly smell coolant from inside the cab, and the squealing of the brakes is normal as well. Essentially, I was told there is nothing wrong with the machine and I’m at a complete loss. I purchased this very expensive machine locally that I desperately need for use on my property in good faith that I would be taken care of if there was ever an issue. If anyone out there has any good advice here, I would love to hear it. I’m thinking my next step is to contact the manufacturer.

Another amazing experience at Webb Power Sports!! Our group was enjoying Watt Canyon road and needed professional help on a rear #ktm tire. So we called Webb.....The only place with an authentic willingness to help and had us back on the road in 30min. Are you looking for the best? You found it. #zombiefleet #yetiturbo #elkheights
