Pretty good deal. Gotta really read the details and plan ahead. Here was our experience: Zoo - easy. We walked right in with pass. Kayak rental in La Jolla - great (it’s 2 people per kayak fyi) Jet skiing was super fun and the employees very chill but you can’t reserve and there is no guarantee one will be available when you show up. Belmont park - easy and fun Museum of us - easy I ride scooter- not our favorite- could only book 2 go city in any one time slot. The tour that got plugged in to the scooter was way longer than our allotted time which was an issue. The staff were super nice though. We really wanted to do pier fishing but didn’t book soon enough (they are over a week out or more)

Guys, Don't buy go city explorer or inclusive pass if your planning to use five star san diego city tour. They are not accepting go city passes as they give preference to their own website reservations. They simply ignore city pass customers. I have requested reservations for tomorrow 7/13/2022 date but they denied saying not available but I can book the tour by spending $69 . They are cheating basically. I am not sure if is open bus tour and close bus tour as they didn't mention anywhere about that not even a picture. Again, Don't buy city tour pass for city bus tour. You will be cheated for sure by five star tours.

The Go City passes are definitely the way to go we had easy access to almost everything. The reason they are rated of 4 instead of 5 is because we could not book a reservation for Legoland!!! Heartbreaking to the children we were going to take. Go City couldn't help us!!! We spent in excess of 4 hours trying to book a reservation unfortunately we never made Legoland because Legoland doesn't have anyone to speak with shame on them. Their website wasn't working and go city was absolutely no help to us otherwise I would definitely use go City again because the past has so much to offer if you can use it

Saved $155 with 2 adults and 1 kids ticket. Well worth it. Just need to check with some of the places to check on reservations day before. Ifly did not accept gocity on weekends, do that was a bummer.

Mine came to my email. They are not physical passes, they are a qr code you have the places you choose scan. They also sent an information broucher through email.
It would be better if you could contact them directly. If that did not work out file a chargeback with your credit card issuer.
I'm sorry to hear about your husband. I think calling them and explaining the situation should help. If you paid by credit card, depending on your card, you might be able to get a refund that way as well.
Yes, you can access it from a computer
If you got a three day card, yes. Once you start using it, you've got that day plus the other two to use it. AND, most places on there... No all the places on there, you can only use the card until 5pm. I purchased the big card with all the places on it, and we only went to like 2 or 3 of the places because the whale watching was 45 min away, and we only had to 5 to use it. Mine was a 3 day card. I didn't think it was worth it, because we stayed with friends and used their vehicle, so we never had time to use it. But we were able to go to Lego Land which was 45 min away. I enjoyed my time there, but wish I knew more about the Go San Diego card.

Yes, zoo safari and san diego zoo. But, san diego zoo is available to 3 days and longer though.
Certain places are one time only, others are unlimited. Each place specifies it in the description. We used it 4 days for the amusement park on the beach but only once at Sea World
Typically that's directly at the gate. San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land, the boat tour by the aircraft carrier, the amusement park on the beach, etc. scanned the code on our phone app just like you would a regular ticket and we walked right in.
I built and purchased my GoPass on my phone.. I believe the go pass was more than worth the cost
The pass is good for one year and if you don't use it it is fully refundable. An easy phone call. You have nothing to lose by purchasing it now.
