This company has been terrible for my business since they have bought out spiral, I own a restaurant in Glenwood and have been without phones for 4 days. This is half my business gone and with all the other headaches going on on the restaurant world this has been a nightmare

Constant outages since they bought out Spiral. Our internet is a microwave shot to a water tower. Not good connectivity.

Their pricing is reasonable for the area. Jackie was awesome in helping me get internet set up for my new job. She went out of her way to help and expedite them coming to install my new service when she didn't have to. She is always friendly and keeps in contact with you through the whole process. The company as a whole is great and they have awesome people working there.
