When I first arrived there was a short wait but I was taken to an exam room fairly quickly. Unfortunately once in the exam room I had to wait an hour before seeing a doctor. Once the doctor came into the room my experience with Concentra changed dramatically and I was very impressed with the doctor’s concern for my injury. He set me up with Physical therapy and she was able to show me ways of doing my job differently that would help me avoid this type of injury in the future. It was a rocky start with Concentra but my overall experience was positive and beneficial.

The San Francisco clinic was very clean and spacious because of COVID19 Ididn't feel like people were sitting on top of one another like in other Concentra clinics. The staff was very kind and professional and Dr. Safanda was very kind and professional.

Once I got into my appointment, it was fast friendly and well organized. Everyone there was great. The only down side is the parking lot. Make sure to make an appointment.Thanks Concentra.
