Ana at the customer center is the best! I missed an important package and showed up at this distribution center without a hold request to try and get my package. They were about to close and Ana still had a lot of work left to do, but she went out of her way to help me put in a request, checked the driver’s status for me, and gave me an ETA for pick up on the same day.

for UPS SA. extortion at its best, when receiving a package you need to pay disbursement fee as well as brokerage fee, customs and duty all together. They have nothing mentioned on their website about the forced payments and I do not even fall into the category to qualify to pay those however they force you to pay it or do not release your package. If you want to clear it yourself you have to pay another fee. Its unacceptable and anti competitive behavior to force these fee's on the receiver. I did not chose UPS. the seller did and now I have to pay their fee's? That is unethical. Super unprofessional, you call and get put on hold for over 20min. Then you need to call them back when you have paid for the package because the fool you email after payment does not reply and yet you pay for the service when you need to call them for every step. Pathetic. Cannot complain either as it goes nowhere.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I needed to urgently pick up a package that had just missed my building's front office hours and so delivery failed, and the staff there were so kind to help me track it down.

Horrible service they lied and said they showed up at 7 pm not knowing that we have cameras that show our huge entrance revealed nothing of that sort . I decided to pick up the item after 2 failed delivery attempts. They charged me to come pick up the item .never again ....

I called them to ask about my packageThey told me i could not pick up my package until i got a call from the customer care center.that was on a friday.i went there on monday and got my package. I asked them how come they said i had to wait for a call to pick up my packag? They said they didnt know??? I would go down there and see whats going on? But they did say they can only hold a package for five buisness days before they have to send it back to shipper.you shou lo d go down there as soon as possible.

No there isn't . But you can return it m-f 12 midnite to 12 in the afternoon to one of the security guards on duty I work there so that would be the best thing to do. There is no number to call.
