I took my old Necchi Machine in to get a tune up. When it didn't work right, I returned it and Andy rewired it, added a light and it now runs beautifully. He did not charge me for the second visit and went above and beyond to make things right. Kudos to technician Andy, and all the staff at Kramer's Sew & Vac!!

I would give it zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. The owners and managers are rude and ver unprofessional. I would take any business I had to another company. This woman is HORRIBLE. Don’t be fooled by her.
