We have been with wow for 5 years now. Our internet has been going out once every two days. The technician has been out. They temporarily fix the issue. I call them so much. 🤬

Absolutely horrible. I’ve been on the phone for at least 40 mins and no one has answered the phone. I’ve listened to the same song and ads for 40 mins. This is horrible customer service. If my town had other internet coverage with better internet coverage and customer service, you bet we’d drop wow immediately. We’ve had nothing but trouble out of Wow.

This has to be the worst internet I’ve ever experienced. We pay for 500Mbps but the catch is that the wifi goes out 9-10 times a day for 15-20 minutes at a time!! I’ve contacted customer support. Guy told me he “re-coded my network”. I work in cyber. I’m not networking illiterate. Please tell how one “re-codes” a network. Much less in 5 minutes. $70 a month and I can use my internet about 50% of the time or less when I’m home.

You have to call customer service, they have locked out customers
Unplug for a minute
I'm nolonger with Wow but for the two year's that I was with them I never missed an ACC game. That is one of the reasons I chose Wow. Be blessed.
Unfortunately no.
The office is closed. You have to return equipment to the Dropbox located at the front of the building.
Unsure, they have made several changes since covid 19. I would recommend contacting WOW on the phone with a live agent
There is a drop box in the front of the store for dropping off equipment if you are canceling service. I HIGHLY recommend taking photos/videos of you dropping it off however since they aren't giving receipts.
I'm not sure, But you can call them or look online - I'm sorry if I wasn't disabled then I would come and look (If they are at your location then there would be 3 main lines at your street, 1st would be AT&T, 2nd would be Comcast, 3rd would be WOW)
My remote works fine, but it is a new one
It,s probably not off, only temporary, a power line or technical problem, they will reimburse you for the down time if you call, and send a tech person out to check the problem. They are good about that Mrs. Brown.
Mine went up 35.00 dollars for no reason, under a two year contract, it wasn't suppose to go up, the lady told me you didn't,t read the fine print????
I don't no, sorry.
Yes
Sorry I'm in Evan's every area infact every sub division is different it depends on many factors. Like how far away is the street hub and whether the drop to the house for the street is now RG11 and the new wire in the houses is RG6 so even if the bable at the street is good you can't tell how its going to be in the house. Wow seems to be very accommodating to its customers and if you ask for a new drop they normally will do it if you're not happy with the quality of their service.
Yes you can. The quotes for the different offerings are on the wow website
Im not sure of that
Im sure there is just call the number. Their internet is awesome
Eventually they might. They are currently making expansions towards North Augusta and redoing lines in augusta. But who knows, eventually they might get throughout Georgia
Yes you can. Just make sure the tech knows when they do the install.
I not sure but you can pay online of that's what you're referring to.
WOW! customer care is open 24/7/365!
Yes they do.
Likely so, don't see why not. Just a form of payment and you can always alter your form of auto-payment online after signing up.
