I appreciate the job that UPS workers do. But they keep leaving my packages next to the gate at the end of my driveway!!! This makes me very irritated!!! I have a good driveway and usually more than enough room to turn around up near my house. My package yesterday was ripped and left outside. The only reason I knew that it was delivered was from the text message I received from Amazon. TOWNSHEND, VT driver please take note!!! Thank you.

I was expecting a package on Tuesday 12/17/19 but they did not deliver due to the weather. The weather was not that bad but I can understand being cautious. But then it was out for delivery on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. But still was not delivered. It shows it out for delivery again today Monday 12/23/19 I hope the driver will finally deliver it. This is just beyond ridiculous. The weather has been fine for a week now and the driver apparently does not care about doing a good job. This just reflects badly on the whole company.

Even though the post hours say they are open for less than 6 hours a day, showing up before they opened wasn't a problem. Snuck in and out and wasn't harassed by any security. The people manning the service desk didn't even seem to notice the pre hours incursion when they handed me my package. The company who shipped my package didn't know UPS couldn't deliver to a po box and forgot to include my street address on the shipping label. The UPS security ninjas have not caught up to me as of yet, I think I gave them the slip at the PO box. If UPS was providing ninja attacks would give them only 1 star.

Generally UPS does a great job getting me my stuff and leaving it at the front door however the driver that delivered my package most recently left it on my front steps in the rain. Couldn't be bothered to bring it an extra 5 feet to the door where it would have been protected even though there was another UPS package sitting at the door where it was put a few days before and left protected in good shape. The package that got soaked was paperwork that needed signatures, essentially ruined. I don't appreciate what seemed to be a lazy or indifferent UPS delivery person. I am shocked because it is the exception to the rule.
